Nikolai (Niko for short)
About Me:
I'm a queer person from Ohio that's in their mid-30s, who works from home in the lovely world of insurance and car rentals. I'm a video game nerd, and sometimes talk about games on my journal. I'm also Jewish, and it's a big part of my identity. I also help take care of my mom, who is going through another battle with pancreatic cancer after being in remission for two years.
About My Journal:
My journal is a mix of posts about my life, links to fanfiction updates, yelling about my fandom, and sharing pics of the late, great Paul Reubens, because he's sexy. I also do write about my mental health issues and things, but I will try to put them under a cut if needed. My profile and sticky about post can tell you more, if you wish to read those.
What I Write:
Fanfiction. Some for TV shows/movies, and some about actors and musicians.
What I Don't Write:
Hmm... I don't think there is much that I don't write. I know I don't write a lot of sci-fi anymore since leaving the Star Trek fandom.
What I Read:
A little bit of everything.
What I Don't Read:
Fanfics where you can tell people are just trolling.
Could I Edit Someone Else's Work:
I could, sure, but I really don't have the time for it with work and life.
