Name: I write under "JT Alexander"
Age: 23
Location: Oklahoma, USA
About Me: Teaching Major. Girlfriend. Sister. Blogger. Math Conqueror, I deal a lot with Chronic pain and I talk about it excessively.
About My Journal: It is a mix of every day blogging and I post parts of my stories in it.
What I Write: Fantasy, mostly lesbian characters and female dominated. I am on figment and wattpad , too.
What I Don't Write: Fanfiction
What I Read: Nothing overly gross/gory. Also I am not really sure about reading fan fic. If I can follow it as a non-fan then okay.
What I Don't Read: is when i don't have any time to read or do anything that is enjoyable.
Could I Edit Someone Else's Work: I try to point out where your character without reason is somehow walking on the ceiling or having her heart beating on top of her chest rapidly, instead of in her chest rapidly (Unless it's some gore fest story, then why the hell am I reading it anyway?). Spelling and that's really all I am qualified to do.
If you need extra eyes proofreading and want to add me for this purpose only:
1. Notify me of *what* you want read -- I am not going to read all your stuff in hopes that I am proofreading what you want.
2. I do not read through things at the drop of a hat. I am a college student and Spoonie (translation: I do everything fucking slow)
3. I do not read anything gory
4. Don't demand anything from me. I will get to it when I get to it as I am doing this for free. And, I won't rush you if you willingly proofread my stuff. Though I will try to send you updates on what I proofread or whatever so you don't just think I've abandoned ya.
5. Must being willing to proofread what I write as well. Dun dun dunnn.
6. I am on Pain medication 100% of the time which makes doing all of this even slower. However, when proofreading someone else's stuff I take out the time when I am not going to be out of it to do it. So I am not going to send you back this mess.
Just want to add (in regards to editing): I write medicated (pain meds) -- so I am not sure if you add me and are willing to edit/proofread what struggle this is going to be for you. When I mean "I write medicated" is that I write when I am heavily affected by the medication so I am not up to editing it myself/usually go lay down right after that sort of thing. I try to read through stuff before posting but it's a bit iffy at times.
