Name: Autumn
Age: 42
Location: Maine
About Me: Reader, writer, gamer, fighter of MS (diagnosed four years ago and caretaker of my Mom who also has MS), lover of languages (currently learning Russian), and owned by Merlin- a beagle/chihuahua mix.
About My Journal: I’ve had a few journals over the years, but stepped away from DW/LJ/Tumblr/etc. for a few years. This journal, created today, will be for my writings (fiction), pictures and tales involving Merlin, and other glimpses into my life.
What I Write: speculative fiction, sci-fi, fantasy, historical fiction, historical non-fiction, alternate history, and a newish sci-fi sub-genre called LitRPG. Occasionally I will write poetry whose quality could be described as Vogon-ish, with the exception of a few half decent haikus...
What I Don't Write: Erotica and romance. While romance and a bit of erotica might find their way into my stories, they are not the main focus and never purely gratuitous.
What I Read: Most everything. Favorite genres to read are also the ones I tend to write in. I also enjoy mysteries and thrillers.
What I Don't Read: Pure romance and erotica.
Could I Edit Someone Else's Work: I could, but I won’t. I used to work as an editor (substantive, developmental, and copyediting) and you couldn’t pay me enough to step back into those roles.
