mynxiewritesI'm very new to dreamwidth, so I'd love to get to meet people.

Location: Ohio
About Me: I write a lot of original work and poetry. I'm a graduate school student with two cats who are both the loves of my life and complete hellspawns. I play a lot of videogames when I'm not writing, or watch twitch streams.
About My Journal: My journal is really just a place for me to post what I'm currently working on. Right now it has the first few chapters of my new project. I may post some poetry, or if I ever get around to writing Death Note fanfiction again it might have that. I'm not really sure what I'm doing, honestly.
What I Write: Original fiction, poetry, maybe some fanfiction. My work tends to be angsty and kind of viewer discretion advised, which is why my journal is set to that setting.
What I Don't Write: I don't write mpreg, or original works set in a male point of view. I find it very hard to write in a male perspective if it isn't fanfiction. I also tend not to write entirely fluffy things, though I do like working in cute scenes into my stories every now and again.
What I Read: Horror, mystery, crime, thriller, anything that can grab my attention. I really like things that deal with mental illness. I'm open to really anything as long as I find it interesting, honestly.
What I Don't Read: Incest, mpreg, kinks/fetishes I'm not into. I don't read a lot of NC17 stuff anymore, but I'm not opposed to it in the slightest.
Could I Edit Someone Else's Work: Shorter things, sure. I don't think I have the time commitment available to do longer things, but if it's less than 2k words then sure!
